Next time you're at Yakitori Boy in Chinatown, order the BC-87 and think of Eagles tight end Brent Celek. Celek created the roll, which contains shrimp tempura and crab and tuna tataki, salmon, avocado, and more shrimp on top, all drizzled with sweet eel sauce, wasabi mayo and sriracha. A cut of the $16 tab will go to Celek's Take Flight Foundation.
